need to increase access to ICT in rural areas has prompted the Made in Kenya
Network to set-up a Community Access Point (CAP) in Subukia constituency. This rural internet facility is
in line with the recommendations of the Kenya Youth and ICT Convention 2005 as well as the government's planned Digital Villages
